I am a Research Fellow in Law at St John’s College, University of Cambridge. I hold a PhD from the Faculty of Law, University of Cambridge, funded by a General Sir John Monash Scholarship, with research periods at Harvard Law School and the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society. Before my doctoral studies, I practised as a solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills, including a secondment to the Australian Human Rights Commission, where I contributed to the Human Rights and Technology Project. I hold an Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of International Relations with first class honours from Bond University, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP) from the College of Law Australia.
